Butter Melting Policy:
If it is over 80 degrees in your location, you may want to wait to purchase the butters until the temperature drops. We do not replace or refund butters that have melted in transit.
We highly recommend signing up for tracking notifications with the USPS or UPS tracking link, and also making sure the item does not sit outside or in a mailbox for too long. Please bring the package inside as soon as it is delivered. I recommend putting the butter in the refrigerator until it is firm before opening it.

If this is your circumstance, You are still able to use melted butters! Due to the melting, the butter will lose its whipped consistency, and the jar may not be full to the top, but this is okay! If you want to whip your butter back to its original state, scoop it out of the jar, and put the butter to harden at least 50% in the freezer for about 30 mins. Using an electric mixer, mix until it’s re-whipped, and scoop back into the jar. Purchasing our butters means you're agreeing to our body butter policy.
